Sales Representative – Visual Merchandising Products
In addition to our successful catalogue business we also have a bespoke prop department for the design and development of props to a client brief, and we now need a self-motivated salesperson to help us develop this segment of our business as well as our catalogue sales.
We are looking for a smart and representative individual who is experienced in sales and account management. Accomplished sales experience, knowledge of product, and familiarity with the retail industry, visual merchandising and store planning are necessary.
You must be confident and outgoing, able to make a professional sales presentation to some of the biggest High End names as well as to design agencies.
You must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in selling – ideally in a related industry. Your interpersonal skills will enable you to connect quickly with our clients and develop a relationship with them both via telephone and face-to-face meetings. You will be self-motivated and a self-starter, which is essential in a role where all earnings will be paid either on a commission basis only or as a basic salary plus commission, subject to discussion.
The job involves the following:
Make telephone contact with new and existing customers. Go out and meet with the customers and establish their VM needs and introduce them to Woerner.
Take new enquiry briefs and feed them back to Woerner head office.
The role will cover the whole of the UK – although the majority of the customers will be in London and the South of England.
Full training and support will be given.
