How do I place an order?

After selecting the product, you can add it to your shopping basket via the matching button. You can display the articles in your shopping basket with the “View shopping basket” button.

In the shopping basket window you will find a button called „To Checkout“ and you can register a new account or login to your existing account.

In the next steps you need to specify the billing address, delivery address, payment method and acknowledge the order confirmation. Finally, you will receive the order confirmation via email.

If you know the article number of the desired article, please enter it directly in the shopping basket. Please use the following article number format: 123.456.78 or 12345678.

Which payment options are available online?

  • Credit card 
  • Advance payment

Which options are available to you depends on the automatic address and credit evaluation (for residents in Germany only) and if you are a new or returning customer. Therefore as a new customer you most likely will only be able to use the “safe” payment methods, i.e. credit card and advance payment.

How much are the shipping costs?

The flat charge for shipping within Germany is 9.50 Euro, except for freight deliveries, which are billed based on expenses.

How do I return articles?

You can return goods without having to specify a reason within two weeks. This does not apply to custom-made, specifically ordered or cut-to-length goods. Please use the enclosed return form. You need to send the articles to the return address that is specified in the return form:

How can I redeem my DecoWoerner voucher?

This is how you can easily redeem your DecoWoerner voucher: First, sign into the Woerner web shop at „My Woerner“. Then enter your personal voucher code in the voucher section in your shopping basket to receive your discount.
If you have any questions or problems with your voucher, please contact customer service.
